President Rodrigo Roa Duterte Pinasaringan ang Rappler CEO na si Maria Ressa matapos kilalanin ng Time Magazine bilang 'Person Of The Year'. Sa Talumpati nito kahapon sa Balangiga Samar, naglabas ng sintemyento ang Pangulo sa mga kritiko ng kanyang administrasyon lalo na ang mga pumupuna sa kanyang War On Drugs.
