Kinumperma ni JusticeSecretary Guevarra na iaakyat ng Office of Solucitor General ang kaso ni Sen. Anthonio Trillanes sa Court of Appeals ito'y matapos ibasura ng Makati RCT Branch 148 ang mosyon ng DOJ na ipapa-aresto si Trillanes sa kasong coup d'etat pagkakasunod ng pagkakansela ng kanyang amnesty.
Solicitor General may file its petition for certiorari anytime before the end of December or early January 2019.The DOJ has 60 days to file its appeal to a higher court — in this case, the Court of Appeals — from the time it has received the court’s decision on its motion for reconsideration.
